Inter alia, obliges the employer to provide a compulsory insurance for “occupational accident” risks to all workers and employees working under conditions which are dangerous to their health and safety.
The insurance shall be at the employer’s expense art. Sets out the minimum requirements for the protection of the employees exposed to noise in order to reduce the risk of damaging the workers’ hearing. The employer has the obligation to assess and ,if necessary, to detect the level of the noise to which the workers are exposed. The ordinance stipulates the methods that shall be used to detect the level of noise.
If the assessment indicates risks to the workers’ health, the employer shall provide health control and medical examination art. Ordinance 7 of 15 August of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy on the minimum requirements of health and safety conditions for decdeto working with visual display units. Sets out measures that shall be taken by the employer to reduce the risks of damaging the workers’ sight. Among other obligations, the employer shall provide periodical regulated daily rest, medical eye examinations before starting work with visual display units, once every three years for workers aged up to 40 years and annualy for workers over 40 years of age art.
Provides for the principles, procedure and criteria of the medical certification of temporary and long-term disability to work. Sets forth a list of occupational diseases.
Enumarates the institutions which are competent to make the relevent evaluationdepending on the kind of the disability or occupational disease. It also provides the conditions for certification in case of labour accident, abortion, occupational disease etc. The Decree repeals the Ordinance on the certification of labour incapability approved with Decree No. Regulation on the safety and healthy conditions of works involving dereto voltage electricity.
Provides the minimum health and safety conditions for work associated with electricity voltage more than V.
It applies to all offials who govern, control or conduct technical exploitation, maintenance or recontruction of electricity facilities. The Ordinance provides decrrto the safety and health requirements of works with vehicles. It determines the employer’s obligations to create the necessary work conditions in the various works with vehicles, including means of exploitation, control, plans for tackling with accidents etc.
Provides for the minimum requirements for safety conditions of employees working in explosive environment. It stipulates the conditions which the employer shall meet and determines what technical and organisational means shall be established and what equipment must be provided for various labour activities with risk. It also provides for the safety measures that shall be taken and clasifies the activities that are associated with such risks.

Provides that the floors, walls and rooms of the workplace must be insulated to ensure a suitable temperature in order to avoid risks to employees’ health. Electric equipment and installations must be designed and produced so that they do not create danger of fire or explosion while they are being used. Emergency doors must be easily openable without using keys or other equipment.
Required signs shall be 99348 at emergency exits. Work outdoors shall be permitted only when weather conditions do not threaten the health and safety of the employees. Work equipment, installations and outdoor workplaces must be organized to ensure the health and security of workers.
