It applies to all offials who govern, control or conduct technical exploitation, maintenance or recontruction of electricity facilities. Provides that the floors, walls and rooms of the workplace must be insulated to ensure a suitable temperature in order to avoid risks to employees’ health. Electric equipment and installations must be designed and produced so that they do not create danger of fire or explosion while they are being used. Emergency doors must be easily openable without using keys or other equipment.
