The book contains complete games, which allows you to play through game of one of the greatest players of all time.
And definitely not for a Club player just starting out. George Alexander marked it as to-read Oct 27, viftuoso The book is already showing a lot of promise as there is an Endgame Classification at the end where endgames are sorted by their type: A highly instructive and entertaining book.
At minimum, this book is definitely best absorbed by someone at least at the level of an advanced Club player, ELO and above.

This repeats an earlier Best game book by Batsford for 43 games, with almost identical anotation for these games. Aside from an index in the back on who Karpov played, the karlov useful reference is the table in the back called Endgame Classification. To me the hardest part in endgames is finding the best placement for the pieces.

Last week we looked at a book dedicated to chess endgames virtuoso Ulf Andersson. Withoutabox Submit to Film Festivals. I would imagine that the games themselves would be very instructive, but are the comments good? After contemplating this situation, I felt that there would always be room for endgame books in the scientific, entertaining, and hero worship categories.

In the extensively analysed examples, the author tends to rely heavily on allready publicized analysis by others I have been curious what he did find viirtuoso, while analysing with Leko And secondly, to eventually augment my Endgame understanding.
